Hi, I’m Nayana—a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about making yoga accessible to all.
I teach Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Active Meditation, and my approach blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern understandings of the body and nervous system. Yoga is not just a physical practice, but a powerful opportunity to grow, heal, and discover yourself on and off the mat.
In my classes, you’ll find space to play, flow, and reconnect with your breath, your body, and your sense of inner knowing. I strive to create an inclusive, supportive environment where each student feels safe to move at their own pace and explore what yoga means to them.
